The Gibraltar Broadcasting Corporation (GBC) operates GBC Television and Radio Gibraltar. GBC operations are overseen by a board, said to be modelled on the BBC's Board of Governors. The broadcaster's services are partly funded by TV licence fee revenues.

Spanish radio and TV stations, and broadcasts for British forces in the territory, can also be received.

Mark presented Tele Spree - GBC's booty showcase of goods, services, and businesses in Gibraltar and Spain - the bargainist goldmine ever seen on the Rock. He also appeared on screen reporting for the main evening news bulletin - News Watch - covering both local and international stories, including the collapse of the Bank of Credit and Commerce International.
