1. Tick the box to choose if you or the Computer makes the opening move. The default setting is that you are white and start the game. 2. For a two human player game clear both boxes. 3. Click once on a piece to select it, then click on the square you want to move it to. 4. If one of your pawns makes it all the way across the board you must select the piece you want it promoted to before it completes its journey. Castling, en-passent and pawn promotion are all catered for.
